Yes, I understand he missed the court date, and that was not a good thing to do, but come on...Here in GA, you have to be married 5 years before you will be granted any spousal support/alimony when you divorce. Also, the fact that she got pregnant by someone else should say something about how serious she took the marriage, and how she doesn't deserve any money from Randy. Some people take advantage of certain situations and it's pretty unfortunate that it has to be people you trusted the most at one point in your life. Things will only get better. It was during that period when he was screwing around with the halfway house. He's been to court numerous times while in prison and multiple times since he's been out. Live and learn I guess. I'm trying to just accept it and get over it since we can't change it. Child support I'd get but this just chaps my ass b/c she doesn't deserve a dime.
